Our Story
Built from due diligence, evolved around our clients needs.
ORC was founded in 2019 as a specialist due diligence house, established to provide institutional investors with independent, practitioner-led insight into the investment organizations to which they entrust capital.
As our clients' requirements evolved, so did ORC. Our work increasingly extended beyond individual due diligence assignments into ongoing monitoring, investment governance, operating model transformation, asset servicing, ESG and specialist institutional advisory.
Today, ORC works across the investment ecosystem with asset owners, asset managers and asset servicers. What has remained constant is the principle on which the firm was built: senior practitioners providing independent, specialist advice on the issues that matter most to institutional investment organizations.
