Joseph Haire, Senior Analyst, plays a pivotal role in providing critical project support to clients across all aspects of project engagements. His primary responsibilities encompass developing operating model documentation, benchmarking with regional and global peers and conducting due diligence on asset managers, fund administrators and custodians.

Joseph's expertise extends to supporting the team with the design and implementation of target operating models (TOM) for respected institutional asset allocators. He is particularly instrumental in helping several of the largest institutional asset management organizations in the GCC define and implement future state operating models aligned with global best practices.

With a First-Class Honors degree in BSc Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter, Joseph demonstrated his academic prowess, majoring in Financial Markets and Banking Systems modules. Currently pursuing CFA exams, Joseph showcases his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
